About PURfection

PURfection is a collaborative project between industry and research, aimed at further developing and testing groundbreaking Danish-developed technology for recycling polyurethane. Due to polyurethane's durability and high performance, it is a widely used type of plastic found in many different products. However, after use, 95 percent of it ends up being incinerated or landfilled. The Innovation Fund is investing 12 million Danish kroner in the project.
